Opening Trophy

The Casas Novas Equestrian Complex opened its doors this Friday morning, July 12, to kick off a new edition of the International Show Jumping Competition.

The sports center located in Arteixo, A Coruña, welcomed, one more summer, the equestrian fans with a high level program that began with the Inaugural Trophy. A test disputed on heights of 1.25m, in which 19 riders participated, where the American rider Camilla Siekmann won with "Elstar STM Z" with a time of 26.63 seconds.

The podium was completed by two Spanish athletes, the local rider Roi Calviño, with "Cassina Z", who obtained the second position with a time of 26.71s, and the Ibizan rider Chantal Fernández Sáez, third best time in this inaugural test with "Bubalu", managing to finish the course in 27.53s.
