The horses, already settled in Casas Novas, will complete today the veterinary inspection before the start of the International Show Jumping Competition that will take place this weekend.

The CSI A Coruña starts tomorrow and horse riding fans are anxious to enjoy the spectacle that will be offered by the most outstanding riders of today.

Among the stars are three of the four riders of the French team selected for the next Olympic Games in August: Simon Delestre with "I Amelusina R51", Olivier Perreau with "GI Events Dorai D'Aiguilly" and Kevin Staut with "Scuderia 1918 Viking D'LaRoussiere". All of them will be fighting for their fourth team gold medal in history in front of their home crowd in Paris.

They will not be the only Olympic level competitors we will see this weekend on the tracks of Casas Novas. The Spanish team that will go to Paris will also be present: Sergio Alvarez Moya with "Puma HS", Ismael Garcia Roque with "Triano" and Eduardo Alvarez Aznar with his second horse, "Legend".

Both teams aim to finalize their preparation for the most important equestrian event of the summer, so spectators are assured of a competition of the highest national and international level.

Today, Thursday, the 156 horses that make up the list of competitors are already installed in Casas Novas and will pass the mandatory veterinary inspection before the start of the competition tomorrow.
