José Manuel Martín Casanova won the Madrid Horse Week 2023 Cowboy Cup for the second year.

José Manuel Martín Casanova won again the Copa Vaquera Madrid Horse Week, after being the best also in the Grand Prix sheet that has been disputed today with "Dante HR 50%".

The competition was once again held in the arena of the Salón del Caballo, which the organization dedicates exclusively to this discipline, probably the most deeply rooted in the Spanish equestrian tradition, and once again the public responded with a sensational entry, enthusiastically applauding several of the participating riders.
José Manuel Martín Casanova, the very young rider who already won the first sheet of exercises on Friday, was also the best Grand Prix rider today with "Dante HR 50%", curiously with the same score as the day before: 73.198.

In this way Martín Casanova, son of a legend of the discipline as José Manuel Martín Japón -who is also his trainer-, has revalidated last year's triumph, receiving the trophy from Daniel Entrecanales, President of the Organizing Committee of IFEMA Madrid Horse Week.

The second place in the final classification went to Javier Rodríguez Fernández with "Capricho", third on the first day, but today with a score of 72.342 he beat Jonathan Nieto with "Zahora", third, by less than a tenth of a point.
