A magical night at IFEMA MADRID HORSE WEEK: Santi Serra Show, Volteo Cosaco and Doma Vaquera mark the start of the event.

The first night of IFEMA MADRID HORSE WEEK kicked off with a spectacular show that left the audience speechless. The opening was in charge of Santi Serra and his show presented by Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio, who offered his impressive Doma en Libertad Show, a display of harmony and unique connection with the horses that transported the audience to a magical world. This was joined by the vibrant Cossack Flipping show, which kept everyone on the edge of their seats with acrobatics and breakneck speed, bringing adrenaline to the max.

But the excitement didn't stop there. The night was officially opened with the Drum and Timpani Band of the Royal Guard Squadron, which gave a solemn and traditional touch to this equestrian festival, dazzling the audience with its powerful and emotional music. The magic of this opening only confirmed that this edition of IFEMA MADRID HORSE WEEK promises to be unforgettable.

Doma Vaquera also began today with the Marjoman Trophy for young horses, a competition that kicked off the equestrian action at IFEMA MADRID. Rafael Cabra and his horse Pegaso AR won the 4-year-old category, while José Manuel Ramos Triana and Don Giacomo were crowned in the 5-year-old category. In the 6-year-old category, Juan Luis Garrido Zarzuela and Coqueto PDR took first place, while Rocío Díaz del Sol and Ciao Darling won the intermediate category.

Tomorrow, the thrills will continue with the start of the competitions at 9:00 am, beginning with the CSI1* Trofeo Ciudad de Madrid, with jumps at a height of 1.25 m. Then, it will be the turn of the Dressage World Cup with the Grand Prix Comunidad de Madrid. The afternoon will bring the Rodilla Trophy and the ¡HOLA! Trophy, with heights of 1.40 m and 1.45 m respectively. The day will close with the Mutua Madrileña Trophy, the most important event of the day, with jumps of 1.50 m, which will serve as a qualifier for the Grand Prix Ciudad de Madrid Longines FEI Jumping World Cup on Sunday. And on Friday, the excitement will culminate with the awaited IFEMA Madrid 6 Bars Trophy.

A night full of magic, adrenaline and pure excitement has kicked off this tenth edition of IFEMA MADRID HORSE WEEK, which promises to continue to surprise attendees with the best of world equestrianism. The show has only just begun!
