Double Spanish podium in the CSI 1*Trofeo Ciudad de Madrid and Trofeo Exterior Plus

Today at IFEMA MADRID HORSE WEEK was an exciting day for Spanish equestrianism, with two podiums dominated by national riders. In the CSI 1* Trofeo Ciudad de Madrid 1.40m, and in the CSI 1* Trofeo Exterior Plus 1.25m, the Spanish representatives have shown their high level, getting a double podium.

In the CSI 1* Trofeo Ciudad de Madrid* held at 9:00 a.m., the Spanish José Fumero took the victory riding his young horse Figuier du Roc, 8 years old, who rode a fast and faultless course.
Second place went to Galician rider Javier Gonzalez Fraga with Tik Tak de Pravia, who completed another very fast ride, achieving a classification close to first place. Finally, third place went to rider Maya de la Joy Fernández-Longoria, who shone with Lord du Rozel, ensuring a complete Spanish domination of the podium.
However, the success continued for the Spanish riders in the next event: the CSI 1* Trofeo Exterior Plus 1.25m, where the national podium was repeated. The triumph went to the young Lucas Morote Soria, who with Gabriela Manciaise rode a faultless course with an outstanding time. The victory was sealed with an impressive performance of the Spanish pair, standing out in the test with great solidity.
In second position was the rider Amaia Ucelay Iturriza with Diamand du Breche, who also completed an impeccable ride, just a few seconds behind the first place, which allowed her to occupy a well-deserved second place. Third place went to the experienced Spanish rider Fernando de los Santos with Isba Caps.
