Madrid In Motion returns in 2025 with two new additions. After achieving a solid seventh place in 2024, the team has been reinforced and is ready to fight for the top podium positions.

“The 2025 team is the perfect combination of talent, determination and ambition. We are very excited about this new season and ready to make our mark on the track, with the results speaking for themselves,” said team boss Eric van der Vleuten.

Eduardo Álvarez Aznar (ESP): The pillar. Eduardo's precision and unwavering focus are the foundation of the team's competitive approach. Always composed under pressure, he is ready to deliver top-level performances.
Victor Bettendorf (LUX): The debutant. After his victory in last year's LGCT Super Grand Prix, Victor makes his GCL debut with boundless energy, bringing ambition and courage to the team.

Kim Emmen (NED): The strategist. With a tactical and astute style, Kim brings a great solidity to the team, thanks to his dynamic style and powerful horse.
Manuel Fernández Saro (ESP): The veteran. Fanfa's experience and consistency make him the key to the team's strategy.
Jack Whitaker (GBR) [U25]: The young promise. At just 23 years old, Jack has an explosive talent and youthful energy that promises to light up the league.
Maikel van der Vleuten (NED): The champion. With Olympic medals and victories galore, Maikel's experience and calmness are key to the team's ability to take on the world's best.

With a lineup that combines strength, intelligence and talent, the team's ambition is clear: to make their mark on the 2025 GCL season.

Jack Whitaker, rider under 25, is returning for his fourth season with the team and commented, “Our riders bring a unique combination of talent and ambition that is hard to match. Viewers can expect breathtaking moments, brilliant tactical moves and unforgettable performances during this GCL season.”

Victor Bettendorf, the new addition for 2025 and winner of last year's LGCT Super Grand Prix, added: “I am delighted to be joining the GCL circuit for the first time. It's a very exciting opportunity for me, and Madrid In Motion is a very strong team this year, so we will be doing everything we can to win the Championship.”

This year, the team continues to be supported by Marqués de Riscal and Massimo Dutti, joined by Van Mossel as a new sponsor, reinforcing their backing for the 2025 season.
